Job Description:
We're looking for an Associate Director, Social Analytics to help transform social, audience, and consumer data into actionable insights that shape marketing strategy and business decisions.
In this role, you'll partner closely with Strategy, Client, Media, and Analytics teams to uncover trends, measure performance, and identify opportunities that drive impact across social and integrated marketing programs. You'll serve as both a strategic thinker and hands-on analyst, helping clients understand not just what happened, but why it happened and what to do next.
This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys combining social intelligence, measurement, storytelling, and emerging technologies to solve business challenges and influence decision-making.
What You'll Do
Bring social analytics, social listening, and audience insights into the strategic planning process.
Lead social intelligence initiatives, uncovering cultural trends, audience behaviors, competitive insights, and emerging opportunities.
Develop measurement frameworks and KPIs across paid, owned, earned, and influencer marketing programs.
Analyze social and marketing performance data to identify actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
Create dashboards, reports, and executive-ready presentations that clearly communicate findings and business impact.
Partner with analytics, media, strategy, and technology teams to improve reporting processes and data solutions.
Present insights and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.
Help evolve analytics capabilities through automation, innovation, and new approaches to measurement and reporting.
Explore emerging analytics and AI-powered tools that improve efficiency and insight generation.
What We're Looking For
5+ years of experience in social analytics, social intelligence, marketing analytics, consumer insights, or related fields.
Experience translating data into clear business recommendations and strategic actions.
Familiarity with social listening and analytics platforms such as Brandwatch, Sprinklr, Sprout Social, Talkwalker, Meltwater, or similar tools.
Experience evaluating performance across social, content, influencer, paid media, or integrated marketing programs.
Strong data storytelling and presentation skills.
Experience building reports, dashboards, or measurement frameworks that support decision-making.
Ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
Curiosity about emerging technologies, automation, and innovative approaches to analytics.
Nice to Have
Agency experience.
Experience with Tableau, Power BI, SQL, or other data visualization and analytics tools.
Experience with audience research tools such as GWI, YouGov, MRI-Simmons, or similar platforms.
Familiarity with AI-assisted analytics and reporting workflows.
Why You'll Love This Role
Influence strategy from the very beginning, not just reporting results after the fact.
Work across a variety of high-profile brands and business challenges.
Help shape the future of social intelligence and analytics capabilities.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams that value data-driven decision-making.
