The role

Adrian Magnus is part of Carazo Enterprise SL, a premium cigar distribution company founded in 2012. With more than 40 professionals and hubs in Madrid, Marbella, Gran Canaria, Panama and Costa Rica, we distribute 30+ premium cigar brands across Europe, the U.S. and Latin America. Our mission is to bring the world's finest handcrafted cigars to enthusiasts with precision, integrity and deep respect for tradition.

We are growing the Adrian Magnus brand internationally and are looking for a Key Account Manager who combines strong relationship management with a hunter's sales drive. You will manage and grow our portfolio of distributors, retailers and cigar shops, while opening new commercial relationships in assigned territories. This is a full-cycle role: you will prospect, pitch, negotiate and close deals, then build long-term partnerships that keep accounts growing.

Requirements

Manage a portfolio of key distributor and retail accounts, acting as their main point of contact

Grow existing accounts through sell-in, assortment expansion, promotions and joint business plans

Prospect and open new distributors and points of sale through calls, email and LinkedIn

Negotiate pricing, volumes and commercial terms, and close agreements

Support distributors with sales materials, product training, forecasts and order follow-up

Maintain an accurate pipeline and account records in the CRM

Track sales KPIs and report on performance, market trends and competitor activity

Coordinate with logistics, marketing and finance to ensure a smooth customer experience

3+ years of experience in B2B sales or key account management, ideally with distributors or wholesale partners

At least 2 years selling in an English-speaking market (U.S. market experience is a strong plus)

Proven outbound sales and cold outreach experience (calls, email, LinkedIn)

English at C1–C2 level, written and spoken; Spanish is a plus

Hands-on CRM experience and structured pipeline management

Track record of hitting measurable sales targets

Experience representing premium or luxury brands (spirits, wine, tobacco, fashion, etc.)

Strong negotiation skills, business acumen and a client-first mindset
