Issue Resolution & Reporting: Investigate payroll and employment issues, coordinate with internal teams, and support discrepancy reports, aging reports, audits, and required compliance documentation.

Recordkeeping & Program Coordination: Maintain accurate payroll and employee records, client trackers, census reports, process guides, and audit-ready SharePoint documentation.

Operational Continuity & Improvement: Manage competing deadlines, maintain clear account documentation and coverage plans, support cross-training, and identify opportunities to strengthen payroll processes and service quality.

Ideal Qualifications

Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency, particularly Excel; familiarity with formulas, PivotTables, and XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP is preferred.

Strong technology aptitude and the ability to learn payroll applications, timekeeping systems, and new platforms quickly.

Sound judgment, discretion, and a commitment to protecting confidential employee and client information.
