About Bamboo Works

Bamboo Works helps growing companies and ambitious entrepreneurs build global teams without handling recruitment themselves. We place vetted, English-fluent professionals, from service and support staff to accountants, engineers, and marketers, who work as part of our clients' onshore teams. Our services range from single specialist placements to fully managed offshore departments and recruitment-as-a-service. We've served 200+ clients so far and invest in our people through our own AI Academy. We were built remotely on purpose, and we care about the quality of each hire more than the number of hires.

As we continue to grow, we're looking for an exceptional Lead Generation Specialist to fuel our growth by connecting us with the companies that need great offshore teams the most.

If you're passionate about finding opportunities others miss, starting meaningful conversations, and helping businesses grow through great people, we'd love to hear from you.

The Role

As a Lead Generation Specialist , you'll own the top of our sales funnel, from identifying the right companies through booking qualified meetings for our sales team. You'll build a predictable pipeline from scratch, targeting companies that could realistically hire offshore staff, and find the buying signals that show when a business is ready to build a remote team.

This is a highly autonomous role where you'll work closely with our sales team and internal leadership to test new channels, refine our ideal customer profile, and hand over opportunities that are warm, qualified, and ready to close.

Your success will be measured not only by the number of qualified meetings you generate, but also by the quality of those opportunities, your creativity in finding new ways to reach prospects, and the long-term clients they turn into.

Role Details

Commitment: Part-Time/Full-Time

Working Hours: Flexible with overlap across international clients

Location: Fully Remote

Engagement: Independent Contractor

Start Date: ASAP

Monthly Rate: Competitive rate based on experience, consisting of base pay + high incentives What You'll Do

Build a steady flow of qualified meetings with companies looking to hire offshore staff.

Define and refine the ideal customer profile. Spot buying signals (hiring activity, growth triggers, operational strain) that show when a company is ready to offshore.

Run outreach across email, LinkedIn, phone, and less conventional channels. Test, measure, and double down on what converts.

Qualify and warm up prospects so our sales team receives opportunities that are ready to close.

Keep our CRM clean and accurate. Report full-funnel metrics from first touch through closed client, and use them to improve results month over month.

What We're Looking For

Must-Haves

At least 3 years in B2B lead generation, with a proven record of generating clients for a staffing, recruitment, outsourcing, or BPO firm itself (not for one of its clients).

You can share real funnel numbers, including outreach volume, reply rates, meetings booked, show-up rates, and closed clients, as well as the KPIs you were held to.

You can build targeted lead lists and find buying signals on your own. You're creative with outreach and don't depend on an expensive stack of paid tools.

You have hands-on experience with at least one CRM (e.g., GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce, Zoho) and keep detailed, up-to-date prospect and opportunity records.

You write and speak English excellently, and you're comfortable owning targets independently in a fully remote setup.

Nice-to-Haves

Experience running qualification or discovery calls before handing prospects over to sales

Familiarity with the Western SMB market (US, UK, EU, AU) and its offshore hiring needs

Experience with cold calling or appointment-setting software

Experience with corporate markets, such as accounting

Uses AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Clay, etc.) to speed up research and personalization

Experience with outreach beyond cold email and LinkedIn, such as partnerships, referrals, events, communities, or content-led prospecting

Ideal Candidate Profile

This role is ideal for someone who:

Is driven by targets and motivated by seeing the pipeline grow.

Takes ownership of results rather than waiting for leads to come to them.

Spots opportunities and buying signals that others miss.

Thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment where you're building from scratch.

Handles rejection with resilience and keeps outreach consistent day after day.

Gets creative with outreach instead of relying on expensive tools or one-size-fits-all templates.

Balances high activity with high-quality, well-qualified opportunities.

Is data-driven, tracking every number in the funnel and using it to improve.

Enjoys starting conversations with business owners and understands how great offshore talent helps companies grow.
