The role

Company:

Capital Chevrolet Buick GMC Inc

Top Performers Don’t Job Hunt. They Upgrade.

You’re already good at what you do?

Your customers trust you!

You know how to sell!

So, here’s the real question: Are you being given the platform your talent deserves?

At Capital Chevrolet Buick GMC we don’t believe top performers should be capped, micromanaged, or boxed into outdated pay plans. We’ve built something different and if you’re even slightly curious, this might be worth a conversation.

Why High Performers Choose Capital …

Our Dealership has been serving Calgary & area since 1976, but the real advantage is our new environment:

300+ vehicles in stock all makes, all models, real variety that sells

A Dealership that feels more like a high-growth startup than a traditional showroom

Modern Leadership that backs your ambition instead of slowing it down

A team culture built on trust, accountability, and winning together

Highly competitive pay structure with additional bonus to performing product specialists

This role is for you if:

You’re already performing — but feel capped where you are

You want your effort to directly reflect in your earnings

You thrive in high-energy, people-first environments

You’re competitive, driven, and not interested in “average”

You might be doing well now… but know you’re capable of more

Auto sales experience is an asset, but we also value proven closers from retail, real estate, and other high-performance sales environments.

What’s In It for You (The Capital Advantage)

We're one of Canada's Best Managed Companies for a reason!

Finacial Stability: Competitive pay plans that are reviewed regularly.

True Work/Life Balance: Paid flex time and predictable scheduling so you can actually enjoy your time off.

Health & Wellness: Comprehensive medical and dental benefits, Short-Term and Long-Term disability, a Health Spending Account, plus an Employee Family Assistance Program.

Incredible Perks: Employee discounts on vehicle purchases, parts, and servicing, corporate cell phone plan rates, years of service recognition gifts, and more!

Investment in Your Future: Optional RRSP deductions – because long-term matters, too.

Career Velocity: We prioritize promoting from within. You’ll get ongoing training and opportunities to grow your career across our Western Canadian network.

Family First: A maternity leave top-up program and paid bereavement time so you can prioritize what matters most.

This isn’t about filling a seat.

It’s about building something bigger with the right people.

Not Actively Looking? That’s Fine.

Most of our best people weren’t either.

If you’re happy where you are, amazing.

If you’re curious about what else is possible lets talk! Capital Chevrolet Buick GMC isn’t just a dealership. It’s a launchpad.
