The role

There’s more to win in Norway. Want to be part of it?

🕐 Full-time

📍 Oslo

📅 Start date: As soon as possible

Norway is a priority market for Mynewsdesk. We have an established product, a strong Nordic brand and big ambitions – and we see significant room to grow. There are new customers to win, deals to develop and market share to take.

Now we’re looking for a commercially driven Account Manager with an entrepreneurial mindset who wants to help us build our presence in Norway.

What will you do?

This is a new business role, and sales is your primary focus. You’ll be responsible for winning new customers in the Norwegian market, from the first conversation to a signed deal. You’ll identify opportunities, open doors with decision-makers and build long-term customer relationships.

This means proactive prospecting, meaningful business conversations and the ability to turn customer challenges into valuable solutions.

You’ll also play a key part in building the market. Which customers should we be talking to? Where are the biggest opportunities? How can we improve the way we sell? You’ll have the opportunity to help shape the answers.

Who are we looking for?

We’re looking for someone with a proven track record of winning new B2B customers who enjoys owning the entire sales process.

We believe you:

Have strong business acumen. You understand your customers’ businesses, challenge their perspectives, and sell business value rather than product features.

Have drive and a winning mentality. You create your own opportunities, enjoy closing deals, and have the persistence to reach your goals.

Think entrepreneurially. You take initiative, find new ways forward, and are comfortable building something that isn’t finished yet.

Build trust. You’re curious, a good listener, and confident engaging with senior decision-makers.

Take ownership. You work in a structured way, own your pipeline and results, learn from setbacks, and contribute to the team’s success.

You have experience in consultative B2B sales, preferably within SaaS or similar solutions, and are comfortable working with CRM systems. You’re fluent in Norwegian and have good English communication skills.

What do we offer?

You’ll have the opportunity to make a real impact in one of our priority markets, backed by an established SaaS platform, talented colleagues and an international organisation. We offer a competitive base salary, attractive performance-based compensation, and the opportunity to influence both your own results and how we grow our business in Norway.

At Mynewsdesk, we value curiosity, initiative and collaboration. We believe in taking ownership, challenging the way things are done, and helping each other succeed.

Can you spot a business opportunity, build a relationship, and turn it into a great deal? Then we’d love to meet you.
