Join a dynamic and motivated team responsible for developing, integrating and managing the ServiceNow platform across Erste Group. With more than 20,000 users, the platform is strategic to the Group and supports a broad range of enterprise capabilities. In this role, you will combine your ServiceNow expertise with risk-management know-how and become a key expert for implementing risk processes on the platform.

What to do:

Become a recognised subject-matter expert for risk capabilities on the ServiceNow platform, with a particular focus on Integrated Risk Management (IRM/GRC) and/or Business Continuity Management (BCM).

Work closely with risk specialists, business stakeholders and the ServiceNow platform team to understand requirements and translate them into effective platform solutions and user stories.

Use your broad knowledge of ServiceNow capabilities to identify opportunities for automation, standardisation and a better user experience.

Contribute to risk solution design, configuration and delivery while ensuring that implementations fit the wider platform architecture and roadmap.

Act as a trusted advisor for IRM/GRC, guiding business stakeholders toward ServiceNow best practices and scalable solutions.

Work in an agile, self-driven environment where collaboration, ownership and continuous learning are part of everyday work.
