The role

The Company

Medely is a high-growth series-C technology start-up reimagining the future of healthcare work by providing an on-demand marketplace and workforce management tools. With the support of top-tier investors, Medely has quickly become a go-to platform for healthcare professionals to instantly access high-paying jobs with the freedom and flexibility to work when and where they want.

As a fully remote team of sharp, collaborative, and entrepreneurial individuals, we are dedicated to redefining the way healthcare workers and facilities work together to provide for patients. We are looking for passionate and skilled professionals to join our team and help us take on tough challenges in this fast-expanding healthcare industry segment.

Join us in our mission to transform the healthcare staffing industry and improve patient lives!

Build the Sales Team Everyone Else Benchmarks Against

The best revenue organizations don't leave great selling to chance. They understand what separates their best performers, turn those behaviors into a repeatable advantage, and build a culture where getting better is part of how the team operates.

That's what we want to build at Medely - and you'll have the opportunity to shape it.

We're entering a stage where our next level of growth isn't simply about adding more sellers. It's about raising the level of performance across the revenue organization.

As our Revenue Enablement Lead, you'll partner closely with Revenue Leadership to define what great selling looks like at Medely and build the coaching and development strategy that brings it to life. You'll uncover what's helping our best sellers win, identify where performance is breaking down, and turn those insights into better coaching, stronger onboarding, sharper messaging, and more consistent execution across both new business and expansion. This is an opportunity to have real influence over how an entire revenue organization develops and performs.

If you've ever looked at an enablement function and thought, “I know how I'd build this better,” this is your chance to do it.

What You'll Own

Raise the bar for seller performance

- Build a coaching culture that helps good sellers become great and great sellers continue getting better.

- Partner with sales and account management leaders to identify performance gaps, develop their teams, and improve execution across the customer journey.

- Understand what our strongest performers do differently and turn those insights into repeatable behaviors that raise the performance of the broader organization.

- Become a trusted thought partner to sellers and leaders on how we can sell better.

Build an enablement engine that scales

- Own and evolve our approach to onboarding, ongoing development, certification, messaging, and sales methodology.

- Turn what you're learning from the field into programs and resources that sellers actually use.

- Use AI, conversation intelligence, and modern enablement technology to scale what works without losing the human element that makes great coaching effective.

Make enablement measurable

- Partner with Revenue Leadership and RevOps to identify the highest-impact opportunities across the organization.

- Connect enablement initiatives to changes in seller behavior, ramp, execution, and business performance.

- Use those insights to continually challenge what we're doing, double down on what works, and evolve what doesn't.

What You'll Bring

You've carried a quota before. The best enablement leaders earn credibility because they have sat in the seat themselves. You know tough discovery calls, lost deals, hard quarters, and the pressure of carrying a number.

You likely bring experience across sales, enablement, coaching, or front-line sales leadership in a growing B2B technology company, including:

- 2+ years of experience carrying a quota in a B2B SaaS sales or account management

- A track record of developing sellers and improving performance

- Experience building or evolving enablement programs in a growing organization

- Strong understanding of modern B2B sales methodologies and complex sales cycles

- The ability to identify performance patterns, get to the root of what's happening, and turn insights into action

- The credibility and communication skills to influence both sellers and senior revenue leaders

Experience supporting both new business and expansion, scaling SaaS sales teams, building onboarding or certification programs, or working with AI-powered enablement and conversation intelligence tools is a plus.

Why Now?

Medely is building a world where healthcare professionals have the freedom to work the way they want and healthcare facilities can access the talent they need.

As we grow, the sophistication of our revenue organization needs to grow with us.

You'll join at a moment where there's a strong foundation to build from - but still meaningful whitespace to shape what comes next.

You won't be maintaining someone else's enablement machine. You'll help build the one that takes Medely into its next stage of growth.
