Provide expert guidance and oversight on high-impact ecosystem risk cases, escalations, and remediation strategies.
Develop corrective action plans and risk mitigation recommendations for clients facing elevated ecosystem risks.
Partner with Global Payment Ecosystem Risk and Controls (PERC) to review, assess, and resolve program exceptions, waivers, and policy deviations.
Provide leadership with balanced, risk-based recommendations aligned with Visa's risk appetite and strategic objectives.
Drive timely resolution of ecosystem risk escalations while maintaining consistency and governance standards.
Support the Evolution of Ecosystem Risk Programs and Capabilities:
Partner with regional and global stakeholders to enhance Visa's ecosystem risk framework, services, and client-facing capabilities.
Collaborate with PERC, Value Added Services, Visa Consulting & Analytics, and Solutions teams to design and enable risk management solutions for clients.
Support the development and go-to-market strategy for new ecosystem risk services, tools, and capabilities.
Coordinate regional reviews of global ecosystem risk initiatives and provide recommendations to ensure alignment with regional priorities and market realities.
Identify risks, opportunities, and adoption challenges associated with new initiatives and escalate them as appropriate.
Champion effective communication, awareness, and adoption of ecosystem risk programs across the region.
Proactively identify opportunities to enhance Visa's ecosystem risk programs, standards, and operational effectiveness.
Visa requires at least 3 days in office, expectations of these days will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.
