Summary
The Manager, Enterprise Insights & Analytics is responsible for strategy, governance, development, and delivery of enterprise reporting, analytics, data visualization, and business intelligence solutions. This role leads the Enterprise Reporting & Analytics Team and serves as a strategic partner to business and technology leaders, ensuring accurate, timely, and actionable insights that support operational excellence and data-driven decision making across the organization.

Duties and Functions
· Own the enterprise business intelligence strategy, roadmap, standards, and governance.
· Lead and manage the Insights & Analytics Team, including analysts, developers, and reporting resources.
· Establish reporting and analytics best practices, standards, and development methodologies.
· Partner with business leaders to identify reporting, dashboard, KPI, and analytics requirements.
· Oversee the design, development, testing, deployment, and support of reporting and analytics solutions.
· Manage the organization's Power BI environment, including governance, security, workspace management, and deployment standards.
· Ensure the accuracy, reliability, and integrity of enterprise reporting and data visualization assets.
· Collaborate with Data Engineering, Enterprise Applications, PMO, Finance, HR, and Operational teams to enable reporting solutions.
· Define and manage enterprise KPI frameworks and performance measurement standards.
· Establish data definitions, reporting standards, and business glossary documentation.
· Drive self-service analytics adoption while maintaining appropriate governance controls.
· Monitor reporting performance, usage metrics, and user satisfaction.
· Manage prioritization of BI requests, enhancements, and projects.
· Provide leadership for data literacy and analytics training initiatives.
· Support strategic planning, forecasting, operational reporting, and executive dashboards.
· Evaluate emerging BI technologies and recommend improvements to the analytics ecosystem.
· Develop and maintain reporting documentation, operational procedures, and governance artifacts.
· Manage vendor relationships and third-party reporting tools as applicable.
Education and Experience
· Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business Administration, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.
· 7+ years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, reporting, or data management.
· 3+ years of leadership experience managing BI, reporting, or analytics teams.
· Experience developing enterprise reporting solutions using Power BI or equivalent BI platforms.
· Experience with data warehousing, semantic modeling, self-service analytics, and enterprise dashboard delivery.
· Experience managing cross-functional projects and stakeholder relationships.
Preferred Requirements
· Master's Degree in a related field.
· Microsoft Power BI Certification.
· Experience with Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Services, or cloud analytics platforms.
· Experience with healthcare, staffing, workforce management, or enterprise operations reporting.
· Experience implementing BI governance frameworks.
· Experience leading enterprise reporting modernization initiatives.
· Knowledge of AI-enabled analytics and predictive reporting solutions.

Supervisory Responsibilities
This position has direct supervisory responsibility for Business Intelligence Analysts, Power BI Developers, Reporting Analysts, and other analytics resources as assigned. Responsibilities include hiring, coaching, performance management, career development, workload prioritization, and resource planning.
Work Environment/Condition
Work is primarily performed in a professional office or remote environment. The position routinely utilizes computers, reporting platforms, collaboration tools, and virtual meeting technology. Occasional travel may be required for meetings, training, conferences, or organizational initiatives.
Physical Demands
The employee must be able to remain in a stationary position for extended periods while operating computer equipment and participating in meetings. The employee must be able to communicate effectively and perform the essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodation.
