Secure Every Identity, from AI to Human
Identity is the key to unlocking the potential of AI. Okta secures AI by building the trusted, neutral infrastructure that enables organizations to safely embrace this new era. This work requires a relentless drive to solve complex challenges with real-world stakes. We are looking for builders and owners who operate with speed and urgency and execute with excellence.
This is an opportunity to do career-defining work. We're all in on this mission. If you are too, let's talk.
About the Role
The Technical Platform Analyst, Enablement Systems will play a critical role in powering the technology infrastructure that delivers governed content, workflow guidance, and AI-assisted enablement to Okta’s global sales organization. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Enablement Systems, you will serve as the day-to-day administrator behind our revenue enablement stack, supporting content and platform health and owning the ongoing maintenance, governance, and optimization of our core content and learning technology. You will collaborate closely with knowledge management, content strategy, learning design, and revenue operations to ensure our platforms are scalable, discoverable, AI-ready, and seamlessly integrated into sellers' daily flow of work.
The ideal candidate embodies a high-performance mindset, consistently raising the bar, turning action into traction, thriving in change, and moving fast to simplify and repeat. Navigating technical requirements with urgency and an obsession for concrete outcomes, you will bridge the gap between platform architecture, content governance, and AI-driven experiences for our sellers. Effective platform administration skills, hands-on troubleshooting, and a disciplined approach to developing and enforcing platform standards are necessary for driving platform adoption, maintaining a trusted knowledge ecosystem, and winning as a team.
This is a hybrid role based in San Francisco Bay Area, Bellevue or Chicago and requires 2 days per week in the office.
In this role, you will:
Platform Administration: Execute end-to-end technical platform management, seamless taxonomy, user permissioning, system health and critical integrations (Salesforce, Gong, Snowflake, etc.) without disrupting field operations.
Operationalize Content Strategy & Governance: Enforce governed content architecture, metadata standards, versioning control, and ownership structures within our enablement tools, ensuring knowledge remains governed, reusable, and relevant.
Optimize Search & In-Flow Delivery: Monitor and configure search algorithms, AI prompt workflows, and content delivery mechanisms within enablement platforms to ensure sellers can quickly find, learn, and do in the flow of their daily workflow.
Drive Platform Analytics & Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on platform health, content reuse, search queries, and adoption metrics to give leadership actionable insight into content quality and knowledge performance.
Partner Cross-Functionally: Collaborate with Global Enablement, GTM Ops, Sales Leadership, Product Marketing, IT, and other content owners to troubleshoot system friction, refine intake workflows, and translate business needs into technical functionality.
Support AI-Enabled Content Delivery: Maintain the metadata, structure, and permissions that allow AI assistants, agents, and search to retrieve accurate, current, and appropriately scoped content, and monitor the quality of AI-generated answers and outputs.
Evaluate AI Features and Integrations: Test new AI capabilities and integrations (e.g., MCP connections, AI assistants, generated content and role-play features), document findings, and recommend enablement and rollout approaches.
You will thrive in this role if you:
Experience: Have 3–5+ years of experience in enablement technology administration, revenue operations, or sales technology management. SaaS industry experience is preferred.
Platform Mastery: Possess hands-on administrative expertise with revenue enablement content or learning platforms. Experience supporting large scale platform migration, taxonomy structures, and metadata tagging protocols.
Technical & Governance Acumen: Understand knowledge management architectures and content lifecycle governance.
Analytical & Data-Driven: Demonstrate competency in leveraging platform analytics and usage data to identify content gaps, measure adoption, and optimize system performance.
Execution & High-Performance Mindset: Thrive in fast-paced environments, navigating change with agility, self-motivation, choosing ambition over comfort, and consistently raising your own bar.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Exhibit strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills with a proven ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams with competing priorities.
Technical Support Mindset: Strong service orientation with experience troubleshooting technical issues, resolving platform friction, and supporting Sales, Partners, or Customer Success users with patience and urgency.
AI and Knowledge Fluency: Working knowledge of how AI-native enablement tools ingest, index, and retrieve governed content, and of how content quality, metadata, and permissions affect AI output accuracy.
Preferred: Hands-on experience with AI assistants, prompt-based workflows, or MCP-style integrations; familiarity with AI role-play or coaching tools; experience with AI content governance, including review, accuracy, and appropriate-use controls.
