The role

Join a enterprise Offshore Staffing company as a Offshore Full Stack Developer in Toronto. Offshore staffing has moved well past basic cost arbitrage. Enterprise clients now expect offshore teams to ship production code to the same standard as any in-house squad, which means the developers behind that delivery carry real weight. This particular business has built its name on exactly that reputation, and it's now looking for an Offshore Full Stack Developer to work on the systems its clients depend on daily. This is a Toronto-based, fully remote role inside a structured, large-scale engineering environment. You won't be improvising process. You'll be plugging into one that already works. Here's what you'll be doing: Build and maintain full stack features across front end and back end, following established architecture patterns Write clean, tested code for client-facing applications delivered through an offshore engagement model Collaborate daily with onshore product owners and other developers across different time zones Debug and resolve production issues, documenting fixes so the wider team benefits Participate in code reviews and sprint planning, contributing to how the team's frameworks evolve Translate client requirements into working software without needing constant hand-holding Here are the skills you'll need: Solid grounding in modern front end and back end frameworks, with a few years of hands-on full stack experience Comfortable working with databases, APIs, and version control as a matter of routine Clear written communication. Offshore delivery lives or dies on how well you report progress and blockers Able to work independently within defined processes rather than needing a playbook for every task A steady, methodical approach to debugging. Guesswork doesn't fly on client-facing systems Genuine curiosity about offshore staffing as a delivery model, not just coding ability in isolation Key perks and benefits: Salary of C$27,000 to C$45,000, reflecting a junior-level band within a structured career path Fully remote working, based from Toronto with no office commute required Comprehensive benefits package including private medical and dental insurance Enhanced pension scheme and performance-based bonuses tied to delivery Access to established frameworks and mentorship within a genuinely large organisation Why pursue a career in Offshore Staffing? Offshore staffing is one of the few corners of tech where demand keeps climbing regardless of the wider market's mood, because enterprise clients always need reliable delivery at sensible cost. Toronto has become a serious hub for this work, with a deep pool of technical talent and strong links into North American client bases. For a developer early in their career, it's a fast route to varied project experience and a clear promotion path, without the chaos of an early-stage startup. This Offshore Full Stack Developer opportunity is brought to you by The Opportunity Hub UK.
