#Ownership
Lab Technician - Luxembourg (32h - Monday to Thursday)
Purpose of the Job
Join a modern, lively brewery where quality is at the heart of everything we do. This is a hands‑on, stable role in a close‑knit team — not an isolated lab where you spend the day alone, but a visible part of a group working together to make sure every bottle of Diekirch or Mousel tastes perfect.
You work Monday to Thursday , giving you a long weekend every week.
This position offers a reliable schedule in a well‑structured environment , combining the clarity and support of a large international group with the friendly atmosphere of a smaller team. We’re looking for someone who wants a steady, long‑term job with clear day‑to‑day tasks and consistency over time.
You don’t need an endless list of diplomas: motivation, accuracy, and attention to detail matter far more than your exact background.
Who we are
Brewing the world’s most loved beers and building brands consumers love, AB InBev is where ownership, ambition, and action thrive.
Our portfolio of iconic brands includes global classics like Stella Artois, Bud, and Corona, and well-known favorites such as Jupiler, Leffe, and Hoegaarden.
We empower you to dream big, lead change, and create a long-lasting legacy.
We value relentless problem-solvers who take accountability, embrace challenges, and turn bold goals into results through resilience and hard work.
That’s Who We Are: Come and OWN IT.
What you will do
As part of our quality team, you make sure our beer meets standards from start to finish:
Take samples and perform routine physico‑chemical and microbiological analyses at each stage (from malt to bottled beer)
Calibrate instruments and carefully record results in our systems (Sigma, etc.)
Spot and report deviations, and collaborate with production to address them
Prepare samples for tasting sessions and help keep the tasting room orderly
Communicate daily with operators, brewers, and your Quality Manager in stand‑up meetings
You won’t be stuck alone in the lab, you’ll have regular team interaction with production, quality, and maintenance. The work is reliable and steady: you know what to expect each day, and you help keep things running smoothly.
Who you are
You have an interest in lab work, quality control, or process monitoring , no experience or diploma required , just a genuine interest to learn and do the job well
You are accurate, attentive, and take pride in doing things properly
You speak good English (daily contact with colleagues) and speak also French or German
You enjoy being part of a team and communicating clearly with others
You are reliable, consistent, and looking for a long‑term position with a clear set of responsibilities
Build your career with us
We recruit for mindset, ambition, and cultural fit.
