About The Role
The Operations Executive will provide day-to-day support across Acuity’s Operations function.
This is a broad, entry-level role designed to provide exposure to a range of business operations within a growing law firm. The role will predominantly support the IT and Facilities functions while also providing general administrative support to the firm.
Working closely with the Operations Manager and IT Manager, the Operations Executive will help ensure that internal processes, systems and workplaces operate effectively and that colleagues across the firm receive a responsive and professional service.
The anticipated role split is:
50% – Operations administration and coordination
25% – IT Support & Administration
25% – Facilities Support & Administration
About The Team
Our Central Operations team keeps Acuity running smoothly, providing the processes, systems and working environments that enable our people to deliver excellent client service. Supporting both employed colleagues and consultants across the firm, the team coordinates day-to-day operations, technology administration, facilities and suppliers, alongside the practical arrangements for onboarding and offboarding.
