We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead – MERN Stack to lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable, high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience across the MERN stack, proven technical leadership capabilities, and the ability to guide development teams while ensuring code quality, architectural excellence, and timely project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of developers, providing technical guidance and support throughout the development lifecycle.
Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications using the MERN stack.
Define technical architecture, coding standards, and development best practices.
Lead the development of frontend applications using React.js and backend services using Node.js and Express.js.
Design and manage database solutions using MongoDB, ensuring performance, scalability, and data integrity.
Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services.
Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and ensure software quality.
Identify technical challenges, troubleshoot complex issues, and implement effective solutions.
Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Oversee development planning, task allocation, code integration, and delivery timelines.
Ensure application security, performance optimization, and system reliability.
Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines and support deployment activities.
Promote Agile development practices and continuous improvement within the team.
Technical Requirements
Strong professional experience in full-stack development using the MERN stack.
Expert-level knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript .
Strong hands-on experience with:
MongoDB: Database design, aggregation pipelines, indexing, and performance optimization.
Express.js: Backend development, middleware, routing, and API development.
React.js: Component-based architecture, hooks, state management, and frontend optimization.
Node.js: Server-side development, asynchronous programming, and backend architecture.
Strong experience designing and developing RESTful APIs and microservices.
Solid understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and clean code principles.
Experience with state management tools such as Redux, Context API, or Zustand.
Knowledge of authentication and authorization mechanisms, including JWT and OAuth 2.0.
Experience with Git and version control systems.
Familiarity with Docker, containerization, and CI/CD pipelines.
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Strong understanding of application security, scalability, and performance optimization.
