Lead customer technical reviews, communicate values and measurable results, and close evaluation and service-readiness gaps.
Define and approve product application-support plans and knowledge-transfer packages for service-product offerings, new applications, and platforms.
Ensure products meet serviceability, reliability, downtime, performance, cost-of-ownership, and design-for-service requirements.
Develop methodologies and digital tools to optimize system performance using machine learning, predictive analytics, matching programs, and customer-value models, including UVA models where applicable.
