The Reward Up to £40,000pa depending on experience Fully Remote Role - Work From Home Company Pension The Person Be an experienced Residential Conveyancing professional, with a vast amount of industry experience Be able to Title Check both Freehold and Leasehold properties unaided and within agreed time frames Be highly organised, able to work remotely with no supervision Must be detail focussed, capable of producing Title Checks flawlessly The Role Title Checking and raising the appropriate enquiries on all assigned files Reporting any unusual or unexpected Title issues immediately Working on your assigned cases with accuracy and detail in a timely manner
