Property Executive – Prestwich | £23,000-£28,000 per annum DOE + Bonus Looking for an engaging, varied role in property?
We’re hiring a Property Executive to join our well-established client in Prestwich, supporting both sales progression and property management.
You will receive: £23,000-£28,000 per annum depending on experience A generous commission structure 28 days annual leave Key responsibilities: Drive agreed sales through to completion by liaising with vendors, buyers, solicitors, and agents.
Act as the main contact for tenants, log maintenance inquiries, and assist the Lettings Manager.
Schedule routine repairs and compliance checks (Gas Safety, Electricals) with local contractors.
Launch and update listings across portals like Rightmove & OnTheMarket.
Qualify leads, handle inbound inquiries, and book viewings and valuations.
What you will need: 1–2 years’ experience in an estate agency or property management environment.
Strong organisation, excellent communication under pressure, and experience with property databases.
Valid UK driving licence (required for local property visits).
