Design, develop, build, and integrate optical alignment sensor systems.
Build and align imaging, detector, fiber-optic, and other optical systems.
Analyze test data to evaluate sensor performance and identify technical issues.
Lead root-cause investigations, complex testing, and technical troubleshooting activities.
Develop, test, and improve signal-processing algorithms and analysis methods.
Coordinate technical work across software, electronics, manufacturing, and equipment engineering teams.
Communicate technical findings clearly to engineering teams, customers, suppliers, and leaders.
Education and Experience
A bachelor’s degree in physics, optics, optical engineering, electrical engineering, or a related technical field.
At least two years of relevant engineering experience, including applicable graduate research.
A master’s degree in a related technical field is preferred.
Hands-on experience building, testing, aligning, or troubleshooting optical systems.
Experience using MATLAB for data processing, analysis, or algorithm development.
Familiarity with Python or LabVIEW is preferred.
Experience working autonomously on complex technical assignments.
Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
