- You will carefully review and process claims;
- You will verify that all documents are complete and comply with the requirements;
- You will analyze insurance coverage and policy terms;
- You will strictly follow procedures for recovery and collection;
- You oversee payments and claims settlements;
- You review and approve invoices related to debt collection;
- You calculate and validate the claims settlements to be paid out;
- You maintain contact with policyholders to provide them with support;
- You work closely with internal departments such as Finance, Underwriting, Debt Collection, and Sales;
- You also maintain contact with international entities within the organization.
- Holds a bachelor’s or master’s degree, or has gained comparable work experience;
- Possesses excellent analytical skills and can quickly summarize and process information;
- Is decisive and works with precision and attention to detail;
- Is able to effectively set priorities within a dynamic work environment;
- Has a strong affinity for numbers and administrative tasks;
- Possesses excellent communication skills, both verbal and written;
- Remains calm and focused under pressure and when working with deadlines;
- Is fluent in Dutch and has a good command of French and/or English.
