The UI/UX Designer designs and champions intuitive, accessible, and visually compelling user experiences across web, mobile, and desktop applications used by Banner Life customers, broker partners, and internal business teams. The Designer creates and refines visual designs, interaction designs, iconography, wireframes, and task flows, and translates high-level business requirements into clear, consistent, and functional user interfaces that make complex insurance processes simple to use. The Designer is also a steward of the Banner Life brand, ensuring that every interface, whether designed by this role or by others, follows brand guidelines and established design standards.
