What You'll Do
Meet with homeowners in their homes for scheduled appointments
Conduct professional sales presentations using our proprietary tablet-based system
Build rapport and identify homeowners' remodeling goals
Design customized bathroom remodeling solutions
Present pricing, financing options, and product recommendations
Overcome objections and confidently ask for the sale
Follow a proven sales process that delivers results
Consistently meet and exceed sales goals
What We're Looking For
Strong closing skills and a competitive mindset
Sales experience preferred but not required for the right candidate
In-home sales, home improvement, remodeling, automotive, retail, or commissioned sales experience is a plus
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and money-driven
Professional appearance and presentation skills
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within the local territory
Ability to work evenings and weekends when homeowners are available
