About The Role:
We are seeking a commercially driven and entrepreneurial Business Development Lead to drive growth across Baxter's Patient Support Systems (PSS), Global Surgical Solutions (GSS), and Front Line Care (FLC) businesses in Vietnam.
This is a highly visible market-facing role responsible for developing distributor partnerships, identifying new business opportunities, supporting strategic healthcare projects, and expanding Baxter's presence across the country. Working closely with distributors, healthcare providers, hospital stakeholders, and regional teams, you will serve as Baxter's local market expert and trusted advisor.
The successful candidate will play a critical role in accelerating business growth, strengthening channel performance, supporting tender opportunities, and driving market adoption of Baxter's capital medical equipment and healthcare technology solutions.
