Ready to help us transform healthcare? Bring your true colors to blue.
Your Day to Day:
In this role you will contribute to the evolution of our company-wide AI, Data & Analytics platform and play a pivotal part in shaping the architecture of our next-generation data platform leveraging Snowflake , AWS, GCP and AI technologies. As part of the Data Analytics & Insights team , you will be responsible for the designing and delivering scalable, high-performance solutions and implementation that empower our Data and AI initiatives across the organization.
This role is eligible for our Flex persona, with candidates local to our Boston, MA or Hingham, MA offices preferred.
We’re Looking for Someone Who:
Solution Design & Implementation: Design detailed technical solutions and blueprints for individual AI agents or modules, ensuring alignment with the overarching architectural vision set by the Senior AI Architect. This includes defining data flows, API integrations, and component interactions within Google Agent Space.
Technical Guideline Adherence: Ensure that agent development efforts strictly adhere to the architectural patterns, coding standards, security protocols, and best practices defined by the Senior AI Architect and the CoE.
Platform Optimization: Optimize the use of Google Agent Space features and underlying Google Cloud Platform services for agent performance, cost-efficiency, and scalability on a project-by-project basis.
Component Development & Reusability: Design and, at times, directly contribute to the development of reusable agentic components, libraries, and common services that can be leveraged across multiple agents within the Bluefield framework.
Technical Problem Solving: Provide technical expertise and troubleshooting support for complex architectural or integration challenges encountered by Generative AI Engineers during agent development and deployment.
System Integration: Oversee and guide the technical integration of newly developed agents with existing enterprise systems, databases, and external APIs, ensuring robust and secure connections.
