Our client is seeking an experienced Facilities Technician 2, ready to bring their skills, experience, and energy to a great, growing team.
What you'll be doing…
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on facility mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and other installed systems through work order management and CMMS systems like 360 Facility.
Conduct facility inspections and due diligence assessments, documenting conditions impacting client occupancy and operations, and escalate issues promptly.
Execute general interior maintenance tasks including hanging pictures, repairing office furniture, replacing lighting and ballasts, and supporting furniture moves and equipment setup.
Maintain and support HVAC system operations and perform routine repairs as needed.
Adhere to all safety procedures and regulations including safe storage and disposal of hazardous materials.

High school diploma or equivalent with 1-3 years of experience in general building repair and maintenance, including basic plumbing and electrical work.
A valid state driver's license in good standing and the ability to pass background, drug/alcohol, and MVR screening.
Physical capability to lift up to 80 lbs, climb ladders up to 30 feet, and perform frequent physical activities such as climbing, bending, kneeling, and driving.
Proficiency in using CMMS systems for work order management and documentation.
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills paired with the capacity to work independently and collaboratively with a team.
