What you'll be doing…
Designing, analyzing, improving, and documenting manufacturing systems and processes.
Developing manufacturing concepts that support safety, quality, delivery, cost, and productivity targets.
Conducting cycle-time studies, bottleneck analysis, line balancing, and utilization analysis.
Leading or supporting kaizen activities focused on productivity, ergonomics, quality, cost, and waste reduction.
Developing clear KPIs, dashboards, reports, and executive summaries for manufacturing and project performance.
Supporting equipment specification, installation, commissioning, and production readiness.
The right person has…
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
Five or more years of experience in industrial engineering, manufacturing engineering, production systems, or a closely related field.
Hands-on experience with capacity planning, time study, line balancing, and standardized work.
Demonstrated experience authoring or significantly revising engineering standards and technical manuals.
Advanced capability with Excel and demonstrated use of manufacturing data analysis or visualization tools.
Ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain action and risk visibility, and provide timely status reporting.
