Our client is seeking an experienced Mobile Engineer 3, ready to bring their skills, experience, and energy to a great, growing team.
What you'll be doing…
Operate, inspect, and maintain HVAC, refrigeration, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and production equipment and systems in assigned facilities.
Perform inspections and repairs on property interior and exterior areas, including walls, flooring, fixtures, roofing systems, and lighting.
Execute ongoing preventive and repair response work orders on facility systems and equipment.
Maintain, operate, and repair HVAC/R systems and associated equipment, electrical distribution, plumbing systems, and production equipment.
Conduct facility inspections and due diligence efforts, reporting conditions impacting client occupancy and operations.
Submit P-card receipts and update work order status in real-time using CMMS systems like Corrigo.
Be available for call-in work and other duties as required.
The right person has…
Universal CFC recovery certification (or willing to obtain within 90 days of employment).
Minimum of four years of technical experience in building engineering with a strong background in HVAC/R, plumbing, electrical, and production equipment maintenance.
Experience troubleshooting and maintaining commercial and/or supermarket refrigeration.
A valid state driver’s license.
Experience with CMMS systems and a working knowledge of computer applications like Word and Excel.
High school diploma or GED.
Preferred completion of trade school or documented apprenticeship in electrical systems, refrigeration, and HVAC.
