Position Summary
The Environmental Supervisor will help facilitate all aspects of the abatement process; will engage in practices to maintain and adhere with compliance, regulatory and safety requirements. In this position you will lead asbestos abatement for projects.
Job Duties
Prepares documentation and pictures according to company policies and procedures.
Performs water damage repair to include water extraction, pack-out of contents, removing/disposing of non-salvageable materials, light construction, and demolition as directed by management.
Provide company management with timely and accurate information related to the progress and status of projects.
Maintain a clean, properly stocked, and organized truck and maintain all company equipment.
Assist in warehousing and facility-related tasks when necessary.
Participate in all training as needed or required.
Requirements
3+ years as an experienced Restoration Technician
Previous experience as an Environmental Lead/Supervisor is a plus
Focus and dedication to providing excellent customer service
Be accessible by phone and participate, as necessary, in the on-call schedule
Willingness to work in fire, smoke and/or water damage (safety is important, PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) will be provided by the company when required)
The ability to lift a minimum of 75 pounds
Professional appearance and great attitude
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Must be reliable/punctual
Compensation
Your compensation will vary by experience level. This can be discussed during the first interview.
Pay Maximum: $34
Pay Minimum: $32
