Key Responsibilities
Manufacturing Systems Design & Optimization
Lead manufacturing system design activities including factory flow design, capacity planning, line balancing, material flow optimization, facility layouts, and future-state manufacturing development.
Conduct manufacturing assessments and identify opportunities to improve productivity, flexibility, throughput, and capacity utilization.
Lean Manufacturing & Continuous Improvement
Lead Lean Manufacturing initiatives, including Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen events, problem solving, waste elimination, standard work, and productivity improvement.
Drive operational excellence through the deployment of manufacturing best practices and continuous improvement strategies.
