Meet the Team
Join the GFERS team, where we drive the New Product Introduction (NPI) Technical Enablement Framework across platform, security, and observability domains. Our team serves as the critical bridge between Product Management, Engineering, and GTM Field Leadership to ensure our global technical sales force is fully equipped for every innovation. We are a cross-functional group focused on operationalizing intake models and governing launch frameworks to maintain high-quality technical readiness. It is an exciting environment where we integrate agentic experiences and AI innovation to redefine how technical sellers are enabled.
Your Impact
Lead the NPI and Technical Sales Enablement as a Technical Program Manager to ensure Solutions Engineers and Architects are technically ready for product launches. You will operationalize the formal NPI intake model and govern the Launch Tiering Framework aligned to the Cisco Product Development Methodology (CPDM). Drive the implementation of structured content for agentic NPI enablement and leverage AI-tooling to increase team workflow efficiencies. Success in this role means ensuring high-quality technical enablement is delivered across all release phases—from Alpha to General Availability—to maximize market impact.
Minimum Qualifications
8–10+ years of Technical Program Management, Product Operations, or Technical Sales Enablement in enterprise cloud, SaaS, or cybersecurity.
Demonstrated experience in New Product Introduction (NPI) life cycles, stage-gate governance, and tracking systems like Jira, Asana, or Confluence.
Strong understanding of technical selling personas (SEs/SAs) and the specific assets and skills required for NPI readiness.
Professional background in security, ITOps, observability, or data management and analytics.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or equivalent practical experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with AI agents, automated content workflows, and modern enablement tooling pipelines.
Proven ability to drive alignment across Product, Engineering, and Field Sales teams without direct authority.
Prior experience or specific knowledge of Splunk products and ecosystems.
Ability to develop metrics and reporting using technologies such as Power BI or Tableau.
Exceptional orchestration skills to manage complex interlocks between Technical Marketing and Product Management.
