Senior Developer (C11) – KDB+/DevOps Development Track
Required Skills
4+ years of software development experience.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good understanding of RDBMS concepts and SQL.
Experience in application development using any modern programming language (Java, Python, C++, etc.).
Understanding of software development lifecycle, testing, and production support.
Good communication and collaboration skills.
Familiarity with DevOps concepts, CI/CD pipelines, and automation tools.
Preferred Skills
Exposure to Linux/Unix environments.
Experience working in financial services or data-intensive applications.
Learning Path
Prior KDB+/q knowledge is not required .
Candidate should demonstrate willingness and capability to learn: KDB+/q development
DevOps and automation practices
Java-based application development (future state)
Ideal Candidate Profile
A strong developer with solid analytical skills and database knowledge, who can be trained on KDB+/q and DevOps technologies. The role is suited for engineers who demonstrate learning agility, ownership, and the ability to work in a fast-paced financial technology environment.
