We are seeking an experienced BI Developer to join our client’s Business Analytics team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Business Intelligence solutions , with a primary focus on the Microsoft Power BI platform and a modern Data Platform based on Databricks environment. The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to transform complex business requirements and data into meaningful, reliable, and actionable reports, dashboards, and analytics solutions. You will be responsible for developing and main taining semantic models , data model s, datasets , reports , and dashboards , while ensuring high standards of data quality, consistency, performance, security, and governance. Additionally, you will collaborate with internal stakeholders , manage change requests, work with external vendors, and ensure compliance with internal processes and audits, always applying best practices in data governance, security, and quality management. Your technical expertise in Power BI , SQL , data modeling , and Databricks will be crucial in enabling data-driven decision making and supporting the organization’s digital transformation and business objectives .

Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and trans late business needs into effective BI and analytics solutions.
Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI reports, dashboards, and scalable semantic models for enterprise reporting and self-service analytics.
Develop efficient data models using BI best practices, including star schemas, fact and dimension tables, relationships, hierarchies, and calculated measures.
Develop and optimize SQL queries and data transformations, working with trusted data from the organization’s Data Warehouse and Data Platform.
Ensure the accuracy, reliability, quality, security, and performance of Power BI reports, datasets, and data refresh processes.
Manage Power BI Service environments, including workspaces, access permissions, security, datasets, gateways, and refresh schedules.
Analyze and combine data from multiple sources to deliver actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making.
Collaborate with Data Engineering teams and other stakeholders to continuously improve BI solutions, integrate new data sources, and maintain appropriate technical and functional documentation
