A leading eDiscovery technology and consulting firm headquartered in Washington, DC is a seasoned Senior eDiscovery Project Manager to provide third shift support for the Client Services organization. • Serve as the senior point of ownership during third shift, ensuring assigned workflows continue progressing and time sensitive deliverables are appropriately managed.
• Evaluate issues as they arise, independently troubleshoot problems, determine appropriate solutions, and escalate when circumstances require additional technical, operational, or client input.
• Provide a detailed and organized handoff to the daytime Client Services team, including completed work, outstanding items, issues encountered, decisions made, and required follow up.
• Maintain clear documentation throughout the shift to ensure continuity, accountability, and informed decision making across teams.
Project and Client Management
• Independently manage numerous concurrent eDiscovery and litigation projects across the full Electronic Discovery Reference Model, with significant responsibility for work performed within the Relativity document review platform.
• Work closely with Project Managers, technical resources, attorneys, client support staff, company representatives, government representatives, and other stakeholders to complete complex projects in a fast paced, deadline driven environment.
• Independently and proactively provide consultation tailored to the specific needs of clients and matters by recommending and developing custom workflows across the full scope of the EDRM.
• Use industry standard processes to facilitate data collections, early case assessment workflows, data reuse and repository workflows, document reviews, and document productions.
• Work effectively with traditional data sources, including email, and modern data sources, including cloud storage providers, mobile devices, and short message data.
• Serve as an escalation resource and provide guidance, training, and support to junior team members when needed.
Relativity Administration and Technical Execution
• Manage users, groups, permissions, fields, choices, layouts, views, dashboards, searches, STRs, batch sets, dtSearch indexes, processing, imaging, productions, custom objects, event handlers, ARM, structured analytics, conceptual analytics, and active learning.
• Administer and troubleshoot applications, scripts, agents, queues, and other components of the Relativity environment.
• Provide reporting related to workspace metrics, user activity, document populations, and other case specific requirements.
