Contract Machine Operative
Our client, a leading company within the Manufactoring industry, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Machine Operative to join their team in Fenton, Staffordshire .
Key Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor machinery safely and efficiently
Ensure production targets are met while maintaining high standards of quality
Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times
Reporting of machinery issues
Follow detailed work instructions and sign off completed tasks
Candidate Requirements:
Previous experience as a Machine Operative
Strong understanding of machinery operation and safety protocols
Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
Ability to work effectively within a team environment
Flexible attitude towards shift patterns and overtime when required
