In this Survey Project Manager opportunity, you’ll lead field crews, manage day-to-day assignments, and help deliver boundary, topographic, and physical-feature survey projects from start to finish.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Survey Project Manager position include:
5+ years of field and office land surveying experience (required)
PLS preferred (not required); degree not required
Manage and dispatch survey crews and direct daily field assignments
Experience with boundary, topographic, and physical-feature surveys
Experience with subdivision and boundary-line adjustment plats and related computations
Prepare survey exhibits using field and office data
Draft subdivision, boundary, and easement plats
Use Civil 3D (Trimble or Carlson experience is a plus)
Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
Benefits: Employee medical/dental/vision fully paid through Anthem; 3.5% 401(k) match; 96 hours PTO; HSA contribution; and a year-end company bonus.
