About the role
We’re looking for a friendly, confident, camera-ready personality to host our TikTok LIVE shopping shows. If you love fashion, can talk about an outfit like you’re chatting with a friend, and are a natural at sales, this is for you.
Along with your application and resume, we’d love to see you on camera! Record a 2–3-minute video that includes: A quick introduction: who you are and why you’d love this role
A look at how comfortable you are on camera
A mini sales pitch: pick any fashion product and sell it to us
Upload your video to Google Drive, Dropbox, YouTube (unlisted is fine), or TikTok, then paste the link in the “Website, blog, or portfolio” box on the application. Please make sure the link is set so anyone can view it.
Schedule 6 to 10 hours per week, across 3 shifts (days and evenings)
Each shift includes 30 minutes of prep, a 1-hour LIVE, and 30 minutes of cleanup
All LIVEs are hosted in person at our Logan office
Must live locally in Cache Valley
What you’ll do Host three 1-hour TikTok LIVEs each week
Schedule and run flash sales and giveaways during each LIVE
Show off new arrivals, best sellers, and promotions with real enthusiasm
Style pieces on camera and talk through fit, fabric, and sizing
Answer viewer questions in real time and keep the conversation flowing
Prep products, outfits, and talking points before each LIVE
Reset and put away product after each show
Share feedback on what’s working (products, formats, timing) so we can keep growing viewers and sales
Keep up with TikTok LIVE trends and features
What we’re looking for Natural and engaging on camera
Comfortable selling and confident talking about fashion, fit, and styling
Quick on your feet when chat gets busy
Familiar with TikTok and TikTok LIVE
Reliable and organized with your prep
Retail, sales, influencer, or live-selling experience is a plus
No degree required
