We are looking for an English Teacher for an international school based in Guangzhou. This position is available from the upcoming 2027/28 academic year in August 2027.
About the school
Located in Baiyun District of Guangzhou, this international school has four sections: early years, primary school, middle school and high school. It provides both Cambridge International Curriculum and British Curriculum programs. The school campus is large, well-equipped with classrooms, a Music and Dance area, a Library and Information Centre, an Art room, laboratories, a soccer pitch and other recreational areas.
Job responsibilities
Teach the subject of English to middle school students utilizing the IGCSE/A-level framework and ensuring an engaging and enriching learning experience
Preparing lessons and lectures, tutoring techniques, designing and correcting assessments, and writing report comments
Collaboratively teach alongside fellow educators, actively contributing to the development and enhancement of the school's curriculum
Assess and monitor students’ progress and provide targets so that all learners can succeed and improve
Provide clear and constructive feedback to students and their parents and caregivers
Develop supportive and safe learning environments
Requirements
Bachelor degree or above in the related subject
Teaching certificate
Two or more years teaching experience in the subject
IGCSE/A-Level experience is essential

Monthly salary of 28,000 to 36,000 RMB commensurate with experience and qualifications
