The Role
Manage customer accounts and overdue payments.
Negotiate payment plans.
Process receipts, credit notes and payments.
Maintain accurate financial records.
Resolve customer queries.
Prepare statements and aged debt reports.
Monitor cash flow and customer credit limits.
Process customer rebates.
What We’re Looking For
Credit Control experience.
ERP experience (Intact IQ or SAP).
Excellent customer service.
