We're working with a well-established and growing Edinburgh-based MSP with a stable, experienced team and a strong reputation for delivering first-class IT support to a broad client base, including Evolve IT Recruitment Ltd!
This is an excellent opportunity for a 1st Line Support Engineer who has gained around 12-18 months' commercial experience, ideally from an MSP environment or perhaps a busy internal IT team. you'll be looking for a more structured environment, with clear development opportunities and a great team culture.
You'll support a wide range of Microsoft 365 environments, troubleshoot day-to-day IT issues, assist with hardware deployments and projects, and work alongside experienced engineers who are genuinely invested in helping people progress.
What we're looking for:
Around 18 months' IT support experience (including apprenticeships)
Strong customer service and communication skills
Experience supporting Microsoft 365, SharePoint and OneDrive
Good understanding of networking fundamentals
Confident troubleshooting user issues including MFA, connectivity, printers and file access
A positive attitude and desire to learn
