We’re looking for reliable, hardworking people to join our night team. You don’t need previous warehouse experience or formal qualifications. We’ll provide the training you need to get started.

What you’ll be doing
You’ll be part of the team keeping parcels moving through our Coventry Hub. Your role will include:
Loading, unloading, sorting and scanning parcels
Sorting parcels by postcode
Loading cages and pallets safely
Identifying damaged or incorrectly labelled parcels
Keeping your work area clean and safe
Working with your team to keep the operation running smoothly

Important to know
This is a hands-on, physically demanding warehouse role. You’ll be on your feet and active throughout your shift, with manual handling of parcels weighing up to 30kg.
