The Community Manager will lead the day-to-day growth and activation of FitFlop’s community, creating meaningful ways for customers, fans and advocates to participate in the brand and build stronger relationships with FitFlop and with one another. Monitor sentiment, conversation and emerging community needs, identifying both opportunities and issues early.
Insight & Integrated Collaboration:
Act as a strong voice for the community within the wider Brand organisation, bringing relevant feedback, behaviour, interests and cultural signals into planning.
Work seamlessly with the Social Media Manager to connect social audience growth with deeper community participation and relationships.
Partner with CRM & Insight to connect community behaviour into wider audience understanding and loyalty activity, while CRM retains ownership of lifecycle and loyalty programmes.
