People Systems Delivery Manager Location: Hybrid, 2 days onsite in the East of England Salary: Up to £92,000 plus bonus and benefits About the role We are working with a client to recruit a People Systems Delivery Manager to lead technical delivery across their Workday platform and to lead a team of Workday specialists.
The successful candidate will own the ongoing support, governance and development of the platform, with a focus on delivery leadership and people management rather than day-to-day build.

Key responsibilitiesLead technical delivery of Workday change, from requirements through to deploymentOversee Workday configuration and development, without carrying out the day-to-day build or solution design yourselfLead, coach and develop a Workday delivery teamOwn incidents, service requests and change managementSupport post-implementation checks with engineers on critical developmentsHelp resolve major incidents, particularly those with a security elementLead Workday security, access and data governanceManage Workday releases, testing and tenant healthWork closely with HR, IT and business stakeholdersDrive continuous improvement across the Workday environment Qualifications and experienceExperience leading and managing a team, ideally with in-house experience of technical HRIS delivery leadershipHands-on experience with HRIS software, so you understand the key HCM concepts (Workday experience is desirable but not essential)Proven technical delivery experience across implementations and major changeExperience with ITIL, Agile or ScrumStrong stakeholder and team leadership skillsA strong appetite to learn, particularly in Workday security governance and tenant health What the client offersSenior Workday management opportunitySenior technical and functional responsibilityOpportunity to shape and optimise a Workday environmentIf you are an experienced people systems leader and are open to a new opportunity, please get in touch.
