Workday Finance Analyst | PermanentLocation: North West Surrey – Hybrid (3 days onsite)Salary: £70,000 – £75,000 + Bonus + BenefitsWe are looking for a Workday Finance Analyst to join a growing team, supporting the ongoing optimisation, configuration and enhancement of Workday Financials.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with Finance and Technology teams, driving system improvements and ensuring Workday continues to meet business needs.
Key Responsibilities:Support the day-to-day operation, configuration and continuous improvement of Workday Financials.
Troubleshoot system issues, manage enhancements and work closely with AMS partners.
Gather business requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
Support testing, UAT, system releases and configuration changes.
Assist with Workday reporting, data quality and integrations.
Identify opportunities to streamline Finance processes and improve system efficiency.
What We're Looking For:Hands-on experience supporting or configuring Workday Financials.
Knowledge of Finance processes such as P2P, O2C, R2R, Expenses or Financial Reporting.
Experience with business analysis, requirements gathering, testing and UAT.
Understanding of Workday business processes, reporting, security and integrations.
Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
