Job Description
Seeking a senior Infor M3 Solution Architect to support a complex, multi-country ERP transformation within a European manufacturing/FMCG organisation.
The programme has an established internal Architecture & Integration team, but requires an experienced specialist to strengthen M3 solution architecture, technical governance and delivery controls.
Key Responsibilities
Strong, demonstrable Infor M3 solution architecture experience.
Experience delivering complex ERP implementations within manufacturing, FMCG or supply chain environments.
Deep understanding of how M3 modules, business processes and integrations work together.
Experience establishing configuration management, environment management and release management processes.
Experience working across ERP integrations, legacy systems and wider enterprise application landscapes.
Ability to introduce technical governance, structure and best practices into challenging or immature ERP programmes.
Strong stakeholder management, particularly working with internal technical teams and external systems integrators.
Ability to mentor internal teams and transfer knowledge.
Requirements

Previous experience recovering or stabilising troubled Infor M3 implementations.
Infor OS / ION integration experience.
Experience governing multiple ERP environments through SIT, UAT and go-live.
