The role:
The role will include but not be limited to; Procurement and subcontractor negotiation
Managing variations and progress claims
Contract administration
Final account reporting
Protecting margin and risk across projects
Supporting junior staff as required
About you:
The ideal candidate will ideally have experience in a similar role for a Commercial main contractor in the New Zealand market. A qualification and minimum of 6 years experience is required. Exposure to projects up to $30mil and a high standard of presentations and communication is also essential.
