Front Range Staffing is seeking Pump Mechanical Assembler with hands-on mechanical experience, strong troubleshooting skills, and an interest in building a long-term career with a growing organization.

An ideal candidate for this company would possess the following skills and experience:Two to five years of hands-on experience in mechanical repair, automotive, aviation, industrial maintenance, equipment repair, or a related field preferredStrong mechanical aptitude and experience using hand and power toolsExperience with electrical panel wiring and reading schematics preferredSoldering or vacuum pump experience is a plusBasic math, troubleshooting, and communication skillsDependable work history, excellent attendance, and strong attention to detailAbility to work independently and as part of a teamPositive, accountable, safety-conscious attitude with a willingness to learn and growJob duties include:Disassemble industrial vacuum pumps and inspect components for wear, damage, or failureClean and prepare pump components for rebuildingReassemble pumps using hand tools, power tools, technical instructions, and established specificationsTest and calibrate completed pumps to confirm tolerances, performance, and qualityTroubleshoot pumps that fail testing and perform necessary repairsRead and follow schematics, electrical pinouts, assembly instructions, and technical specificationsFollow established procedures while using independent judgment to identify and resolve mechanical problemsMaintain a clean, organized, and safe production workspaceAdditional requirements:High school diploma or GED requiredAbility to stand or sit throughout an eight-hour shift and frequently lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 poundsMust pass a drug screening, including THC, as required by clients federal regulationsFront Range Staffing offers some great benefits, to include:Health, Dental & VisionLife InsuranceLong Term/Short-Term DisabilitySick Pay401KBereavement PayEmployee Referral ProgramIf you're interested in this position, please submit your resume to jobs@frontrangestaffing.
