The Role
We are looking for a reliable and motivated Grounds Maintenance Operative to join our client on a permanent basis .
You will be responsible for maintaining a variety of outdoor sites, ensuring they are safe, clean and well presented. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working outdoors and takes pride in delivering high-quality grounds maintenance services.

Key Responsibilities
Grass cutting, strimming and general lawn care
Hedge cutting and pruning
Weeding, litter picking and general site maintenance
Carrying out a range of grounds maintenance duties
Safely operating power tools and horticultural equipment
Keeping sites clean, tidy and well maintained
Following company procedures and maintaining high health & safety standards at all times
What We’re Looking For
Full UK Driving Licence – essential
Previous grounds maintenance experience preferred
Experience using strimmers, hedge trimmers, mowers and other horticultural equipment
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good understanding of health & safety practices
Reliable, hardworking and positive attitude
Good attention to detail and pride in your work
Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
