Schedule: Day Shift | PRN
Greet patients and visitors, check patients in and out, and obtain necessary documentation.
Complete medical record release requests and schedule/confirm patient appointments.
Enter, review and submit charges for patient procedures and services daily.
Collect co-payments and reconcile all daily reports and deposits for accuracy.
Licensure / Certification / Registration:
Required Credential(s): None Required.
Education:
High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. *Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
Additional Preferences:
At least one year of experience in a Medical Clinic or Medical Group setting.
One or more years of experience with Medical Insurance, Pre-Authorizations, and Authorizations.
