As a People Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the employee lifecycle and enabling the broader team to operate efficiently. This role is best suited to someone who is detail-oriented, organised and eager to build a long-term career in People/HR within a fast-paced, operational environment.

Ensuring employee information and documentation are handled with strict confidentiality and discretion.
Providing administrative support on ad hoc People projects and initiatives as required.
Reception & First Point of Contact
This role is based at our reception area, where you will serve as the first point of contact for visitors, walk-ins and candidates arriving at our offices. While this is not a traditional receptionist role and the primary focus remains HR administration, you will also be the face of the company for those entering our premises.
You will be responsible for welcoming visitors, assisting arriving candidates and directing guests appropriately. Visitor traffic is generally low, allowing you to focus on your HR responsibilities. A private room is available nearby for confidential employee discussions when required.
This aspect of the role suits someone who takes pride in representing both the People function and the broader company and who approaches every interaction with professionalism, warmth and discretion.
