Being a People Technology Analyst at iManage Means…
You’re a data-driven people technology professional who likes getting into the details. You’ve implemented, maintained, and troubleshot HRIS and performance systems, reporting, and integrations, and you can explain a technical problem in plain language to someone who just needs it fixed.
You’ll be the hands-on expert behind Dayforce and Lattice, from configuration and security to new modules, integrations, and reporting. You’ll partner with People Operations experts across Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, Learning, and Performance, who know their areas deeply, and bring the technical skills that make their processes run cleanly in our systems. Backed by the People Technology team, you’ll keep our core systems reliable, diagnosing and fixing root causes so problems stay resolved and the business keeps its velocity.
This is real ownership. You’ll make configuration decisions, shape how we handle people data on a global scale, and see the direct impact on how smoothly the company runs. You’ll join a team that cares about clean data and good architecture.
